OUR PROCESS
How we work
STEP ONE
Send us a WhatsApp or email with clear pictures of the coins or notes you’d like graded. Our team will review the images and advise on the next steps.
STEP TWO
We’ll send you a submission form once your items are accepted. Complete and return it to confirm your request.
STEP THREE
When your form is approved, we’ll arrange a courier to collect your items safely. The courier fee, including return shipping, is added to your invoice.
STEP FOUR
You’ll receive an invoice once your submission is confirmed. Prompt payment ensures we can begin grading without delay.
STEP FIVE
Our experts carefully authenticate and evaluate each coin or note. A grade is assigned and the item sealed in a tamper-evident holder with certification.
STEP SIX
Your encapsulated items are packaged securely for safe return. You’ll also receive full documentation of the grading process.
