How It Works

Send us a WhatsApp message or email with clear photos of the coins or notes you'd like graded. Our team reviews the images and advises on next steps.
Once your items are accepted, we send you a submission form. Complete and return it to confirm your grading request.
When your form is approved, we arrange a courier to collect your items safely. The courier fee, including return shipping, is added to your invoice.
You receive an invoice once your submission is confirmed. Prompt payment allows us to begin grading without delay.
Our experts authenticate, evaluate, and grade each coin or note. The item is then sealed in a tamper-evident holder with certification.
Your encapsulated items are packaged securely for safe return. Full documentation of the grading process is included.
